LECARLE is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of its customers by delivering high quality jewelry and services. In order to simplify the exchange and return process, we provide a guide so that there are no doubts. Read carefully.

Our system speeds up and improves your shopping experience, facilitating the process of exchanging and returning your products. Aiming for a respectful partnership, we have developed a transparent Exchange and Return Policy, based on the Consumer Protection Code, for the following situations:



1. EXCHANGE

The first exchange is free and must be carried out within a maximum of 10 (ten) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise.

All your requests must be made directly in our system via email to troca@lecarle.com

Exchange products must be sent to LECARLE in the original packaging, without traces of use, with the warranty certificate and invoice (even if the jewelry is a gift). Don't worry, we are ready to serve you in the best possible way.

If the product is returned with any discrepancies, signs of misuse, absence of a warranty certificate and/or invoice, the product will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Refuse to receive the product and contact Customer Service if any of the following situations apply:


1. Product damaged during transportation;
2. Packaging tampered with;
3. Product not in accordance with the order.

From the second exchange onwards, the customer bears the costs of shipping the order.

2. RETURN

- Return due to regret

If you purchase a product through our online store and cancel your purchase within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt, you have the option of returning, exchanging or receiving a refund of the amount paid.

Products must be sent to LECARLE in the original packaging, without traces of use, with a warranty certificate and invoice (even if the jewelry is a gift).

Don't worry, we are able to serve you in the best possible way. If the product is returned with any discrepancies, signs of misuse, absence of a warranty certificate and/or invoice, it will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. The value of the product will be refunded according to the payment method used for the purchase and provided that the conditions described above are observed. Bank slip and online debit: The refund will be made to the current account within 10 (ten) business days after receiving the jewelry, as well as confirmation of genuine exchange. It will not be granted credit to third parties.


- Manufacturing defect​

If you purchase any LECARLE product through the online store and it has a manufacturing defect, within 10 (ten) days the product will be replaced by another product equal to the one described on your invoice or by a similar one if it is not available in stock. , in accordance with the Rules and Deadlines provided for by law. We can also arrange for the product to be repaired, as long as misuse is not detected.

- Documents required for the return:

- Presentation of the Invoice and Guarantee Certificate;
- Shipping of the Product in its original packaging, without traces of misuse.

Products returned due to manufacturing defects will be analyzed internally by LECARLE. If no manufacturing defect is identified, the replacement will not be carried out and the product will be sent back to the customer.
